Frasers Property to redeem $600m of perpetual bonds
It comes at a redemption price of $250,000 for every $250,000 nominal amount.
Frasers Property will redeem $600m of 4.88% subordinated perpetual bonds issued in 2014, an announcement revealed.
The bonds were issued in September 2014 by Frasers Property Treasurer, a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm, and guaranteed under the $3b multicurrency debt issuance programme.
It comes at a redemption price of $250,000 for every $250,000 in nominal amount of perpetual securities. Upon redemption, the securities will be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities.
The issuer will redeem all the bonds on 24 September.
