Global Logistics Properties pre-leased 77,000 sqm. to Deppon Logistics
Deppon is now GLP's second largest customer in China.
According to the release, Global Logistic Properties Limited, announced that it has pre-leased approximately 77,000 square metres to Deppon Logistics, one of China’s leading third-party logistics providers.
With the inclusion of these leases, Deppon Logistics is now GLP’s second largest customer in China at 2.8% of total leased area.

“The pre-lease agreements announced today underline the strong demand for strategically located, modern logistics space. Our unrivalled network enables us to meet the specific needs of our customers and we look forward to working with Deppon Logistics as they continue to expand across China.”
The following details the recently signed new lease agreements:
53,000 sqm pre-leased at GLP Park Langfang in Hebei Province.
Strategically located approximately 40 km and 60 km from Beijing and Tianjin respectively, GLP Park Langfang will comprise seven buildings with a total GFA of
140,500 sqm upon its completion in April 2013.
A total of 24,000 sqm pre-leased at GLP Park Hefei Hi-Tech in Anhui Province.
GLP Park Hefei Hi-Tech is situated in the Hefei Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, an important manufacturing base in the region, and will consist of four buildings with a total GFA of 77,600 sqm when it is completed in May 2013.
GLP’s partnership with Deppon Logistics first began in 2007 and has now been extended to 12 cities including Changzhou, Chongqing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Hefei, Langfang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenyang, Suzhou and Wuxi.
Including the two pre-leases announced today totaling 77,000 sqm, Deppon Logistics leases a total of 180,000 sqm with GLP in China, making them GLP’s second largest customer in China by leased area.
