JTC awards three industrial sites at Tampines Industrial Drive, Tuas South Link 2

The winning bids total $8.79m.

JTC has awarded the tenders for three industrial sites at Tampines Industrial Drive and Tuas South Link 2 to the highest bidders.

According to JTC’s announcement, Chye Thiam Maintenance Pte Ltd bagged the ​4,112.5 sqm-wide Plot 7 at Tampines Industrial Drive, thanks to the firm’s $2.98m bid. Plot 5, which spans 5,077.8 sqm, was awarded to Precise Development Pte Ltd following the company’s $3.61m bid.

Meanwhile, Plot 9 at Tuas South Link 2 was awarded to Texas Petrochemical Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. The plot spanned 4,802.1 sqm, and was won with a $2.2m bid.

All three sites are zoned Business 2, and have a 1.4 gross plot ratio. The tenure for the sites are 20 years.
