JTC grants tender for Tuas South Link 2 industrial site

JTC has awarded the tender to Hiap Shing Construction Pte Ltd, which inched out two other bidders.

According to a press release by JTC, the tender for the side was launched on 29 September 2015 and closed on 24 November 2015.

Meanwhile, the tender for an industrial site at Tampines Industrial Drive was launched on 29 September 2015 and closed on 8 December 2015, where two bids were submitted.

"The higher bid was rejected as the usage proposed by the tenderer is prohibited, and the second bid was not accepted as the price offered was too low," JTC said.

The tender for another industrial site at Tuas South Link 2 was also launched where three bids were submitted, JTC said.
