JTC launches tender for site at Fusionopolis Link

The site covers 30 hectares in one-north, according to JTC Corporation.

The land plot is now available for application under the Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

The Fusionopolis cluster is envisioned to be a Centre of Excellence to provide world-class research facilities and business parks to support Infocomm Technology, Media, Physical Sciences and Engineering industries.

According to JTC, CX2-3 and CX2-4 is slated to be developed as Fusionopolis Phase 3, for a Business Park and Office mixed-use development. Located at the Central Xchange, the parcels are connected by a prominent public plaza to other clusters via the one-north park.

Fusionopolis Phase 3 will provide a Gross Floor Area of 25,012sqm, where 15,007sqm and 10,005sqm are for Business Park and Office use, respectively.
