Knight Frank tenders training centre space for $6.1m

The Paya Lebar Square centre comprises two adjoining units and a total floor area of 2,680 sqft.

Knight Frank Singapore has put up for sale a training centre space in Paya Lebar Square with an asking price of $6.1m or $2,276 psf, according to an announcement.

The centre comprises two adjoined units and is located on a high floor with a total floor area of 2,680 sqft. The training centre currently conducts classes for working adults and can be converted to a corporate office with meeting rooms and agile working spaces.

Paya Lebar Square, completed in 2014, is a commercial development consisting of a 10-storey office tower and a three-level retail podium. It is linked directly to Paya Lebar MRT Interchange, covering the East-West and Circle Lines.

Offices in Paya Lebar Square are strata-titled and have transacted in the range of $1,800 psf to $2,000 psf in the recent months, by various owners.

Knight Frank Singapore’s executive director Mary Sai reckons that training and educational centre operators may find the set-up, layout and teaching equipment available in the property suitable for immediate occupation and operations.
