Spaces launches new flexible workspaces at TripleOne Somerset and Clarke Quay
By end-2019, the co-working space provider will open its fifth and sixth locations.
Flexible workspace operator Spaces expanded its footprint in Singapore with the official opening of new remote workspaces at TripleOne Somerset and Clarke Quay.
Occupying two floors and covering over 35,000 sqft, Spaces at The TripleOne Somerset will be the largest site to date for the co-workspace operator in Singapore, housing 135 co-working desks, 590 dedicated desks, 16 parking spots, a 3,900-sqft business club, 7 meeting rooms, as well as multiple event spaces and conference facilities.
Meanwhile, Spaces at Clarke Quay occupies 16,684 sqft across three floors, with a view overlooking Singapore’s nightlife scene.

By year-end, Spaces will open its fifth and sixth locations at One Raffles Place and Paya Lebar Quarter, respectively, adding to the roster of sites at City Hall, Robinson Road, Clarke Quay and TripleOne Somerset.
Once completed, Spaces will cover 250,000 sqft for business and entrepreneurs in the city, with its 35,000-sqft flagship site at One Raffles Place.
A subsidiary of the International Workplace Group (IWG), Space comprises a network of 39 locations, including China, Japan, India, South Korea, Thailand and the Philippines.
