It will pay $13m for the site.
The tender for an industrial site at Tanjong Penjuru was awarded to Trans Eurokars, JTC said in a statement today.
The company submitted the highest bid at $13m. Only two bids were submitted for the tender.
The site has a size of 16,307.9-square metres and a gross plot ratio of 2.5. The tender was launched on Aug 25, 2015, and closed on Oct 20.
