Keppel Land Realty emerged as highest bidder with the bid of $286,790,000 or $5,400.94 psm.
According to HDB, they launched the sale of the land parcel at Sengkang Square / Compassvale Road on 21 January 2011.
The land parcel has a site area of 17,700 sq m with maximum GFA of 53,100 sq m.
HDB will evaluate the tender bids and announce the final tender results within the next two weeks.
