
URA opens for application reserve list site at Jelebu Road/Petir Road
The land parcel is well positioned to be an attractive commercial and residential development and very accessible to major transportation modes.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority on Friday released the detailed sales conditions for a Commercial and Residential site at Jelebu Road / Petir Road.
Located within Bukit Panjang Town Centre, this land parcel is made available for sale on the Reserve List under the second half 2010 Government Land Sales Programme. Developers interested in purchasing the site can now apply to URA for it to be put up for tender, according to a URA report.

Located adjacent to the existing Bukit Panjang LRT station and the upcoming Bukit Panjang MRT Station, the land parcel is well positioned to be an attractive commercial and residential development, seamlessly integrated with major transportation modes.
The subject site is currently occupied by an existing bus interchange which will be redeveloped and integrated within the future development. The co-location of the bus interchange with the proposed mixed commercial and residential development on the sale site will facilitate seamless connectivity for commuters and residents in the area.
With a site area of 1.89 ha, the site has a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 56,864 sqm. To provide more commercial facilities within Bukit Panjang Town, a minimum 35% of the maximum permissible GFA for the land parcel is to be set aside for commercial use.
