URA places Hillview Avenue site up for public tender
The Urban Redevelopment Authority has placed a 1.4-hectare site at Hillview Avenue for commercial and residential use up for public tender. It has a potential housing yield of 370 units while up to 15 per cent of the total gross floor area can be put to commercial use.
The site is near the Cashew and Hillview Mass Rapid Transit stations that are part of Downtown Line 2.
The land parcel has a maximum permissible gross floor area of some 40,000 square metres and is one of the sites launched under the government land sales programme for the first half of 2011.
