URA put on sale industrial sites at Kaki Bukit Road and Tuas View Square

The two sites are among those to be released for sale under the Reserve List of the 2nd half 2010 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Monday released the detailed sales conditions for the industrial sites at Kaki Bukit Road 4 and Tuas View Square.

Both land parcels are placed under the Reserve List for application for sale. Developers interested in purchasing the sites can now apply to URA for them to be put up for tender, according to a URA report.

These are two of the four new industrial sites to be released for sale under the Reserve List of the 2nd half 2010 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme, as announced by the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 29 June 2010.

Land Parcel at Kaki Bukit Road 4
The land parcel has a site area of about 2.45 ha and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0. Zoned for Business 2 development, the site will have a lease period of 30 years.

Land Parcel at Tuas View Square
The land parcel has a site area of about 0.44 ha and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 0.9. The site will have a lease period of 45 years and can be developed for a variety of uses under “Business 2” zoning.

Under the Business 2 zoning, the two land parcels can be developed for various uses such as light industry, general industry, warehousing, utility or telecommunication uses as permitted under the planning Act.
