URA releases industrial site at Pioneer Road North/Soon Lee Street on Reserve List

This is the first of the four new industrial sites to be released for sale under the Reserve List of the first half 2011 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

According to URA, the Ministry of Trade and Industry said the other three new industrial sites to be placed on the Reserve List namely, at Woodlands Avenue 12 (Parcel 3), Gambas Avenue (Parcel Se) and Kaki Bukit Road 4/Bartley Road East, will be released for sale in March and June 2011.

Land Parcel at Pioneer Road North / Soon Lee Street

The land parcel at Pioneer Road North / Soon Lee Street has a site area of about 1.7 ha and is to be developed for Business 2 uses with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0 and a lease period of 30 years.

Under the Business 2 zoning, the site can be developed for various uses such as light industry, general industry, warehousing, utilities, or telecommunication uses, as permitted under the Planning Act.
