On back of higher real estate revenue.
Yoma Strategic Holdings reported that its net attributable profit grew 77.7% year-on-year to $2.6m in the first quarter.
This was on back of real estate revenue contributed by sales at Pun Hlaing Golf Estate and strong rental income in both Star City and Pun Hlaing Golf Estate.
The group also reported a significant jump in automotive segment revenue, which grew $7.0 million from $0.2 million.
