A two-storey conservation bungalow along Mountbatten Road in District 15 has been launched for sale by tender.
Knight Frank Singapore, the property’s sole agent, said the asset is one of just 15 conservation bungalows in the area and part of an estimated 85 privately owned conservation bungalows in Singapore.
The guide price for the property is $54.5m.
The tender for the property closes on 2 April at 3 p.m.
The freehold heritage property spans an expansive 2,977.7 square meters (32,052 square feet) on a corner plot.
The bungalow, awarded conservation status by the Urban Renewal Authority of Singapore in 1993, features seven bedrooms, a family room, a living hall, a formal dining space, staff quarters, and a garage. Its grounds also include an outdoor tea garden, a koi pond, and a nursery, with the possibility of new extensions, subject to approval.
