The sale will be conducted via an expression of interest exercise.
A five-storey mixed-use building, 200 Bukit Timah Road, is up for sale for a guide price of $20 million, or S$2,295 per square foot on the total gross floor area.
The property’s marketing agent, CBRE, said the property will be sold via an expression of interest exercise which will close on 27 July, at 3 pm.
Located in Prime District 9, the freehold building sits on a land area of approximately 2,083 square feet and has a total gross floor area of approximately 8,715 square feet.

As the subject property is zoned for “Commercial & Residential” use under the URA Master Plan 2019, both locals and foreigners are eligible to purchase it.
