A three-storey conservation shophouse in Chinatown is up for sale via an expression of interest exercise with an indicative guide price of $10m.

In a statement, CBRE said the property at 18 Sago Street within prime District 1 has a total floor area of around 3,085 square feet (sq ft), sitting on a land of around 1,115 sq ft.

It is fully leased to a Chinese dessert shop on the first floor, a beauty salon on the second and a recreation club on the third.

Foreigners can also buy commercial property with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty on the transaction.

The deadline for the expression of interest is on 2 August at 3 pm.
