Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of a 5-storey commercial building with a mezzanine level at 49 & 53 New Bridge Road via public tender.

The property spans a total land area of 5,471.29 sq ft, comprising two freehold plots and two 99-year leasehold plots, totaling a gross floor area of 22,677.38 sq ft.

Located along the fringe of the Central Business District, the property is near the Clarke Quay MRT station and Boat Quay Raffles Place. It is also close to F&B establishments, boutique hotels, fitness studios, and other services.

Zoned “Commercial," foreign companies are eligible to purchase with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) imposed.

The tender will close on Tuesday, 8 October at 3 pm.
