ARA Asset profits leapfrog by 36%

The company’s earnings are safeguarded, too.

Real estate fund manager ARA Asset boosted profit by higher revenue from recurrent management fees, acquisition divestment and performance fees.

In a report, RHB reveals that ARA Asset posted a 36% jump in its 2Q14 net profit, which rose to $20.8 million on the back of a 17% increase in revenue.

RHB says that ARA also enjoyed new contributions from two recently launched Korean REITs and two investment funds, with a plan to launch a new billion-dollar fund ADF III by year end.
