ARA US Hospitality Trust (ARA H-Trust) ended 1H23 with a 4.3% YoY higher net property income of US$22m.
In a bourse filing, the REIT attributed its improved financial performance to continued recovery in the United States lodging market.
Apart from higher NPI, the REIT also recorded increases in its revenue (+5.9% to US$86m) and gross operating profit (+11.3% YoY to US$30.7m).
Given the higher NPI, the REIT proposed a distribution per stapled security of US$0.01501 (+5.2% YoY) for FY23.
