Asian institutional investors bet on real estate assets in 2015
US stocks are also on their radar.
Asian institutional investors are placing their money on real estate assets and US equities in 2015, a survey by Natixis Global Asset Management revealed today.
According to the survey, almost half or 45% of Asian institutional investors say stocks will be the leading investment, while over a third or 33% are planning to increase their real estate portfolio in the next 12 months.
Nearly 9 in 10 or 89% are expecting to maintain or increase their exposure in income generating investments in the next 12 months, while more than four in five are targeting value investments (86%) and growth investments (81%).
