Atelier Capital forms consortium to invest in Capri by Fraser Changi City

Its JV with a global real estate fund will lead the consortium.

Family office Atelier Capital Partners Singapore (ACP) has formed a consortium to invest in Capri by Fraser Changi City, Singapore.  

The consortium is led by Atelier Capital Changi, a joint venture between ACP and a global real estate fund.  

Atelier Capital Changi will hold the majority share in the hotel, with other shareholders including Heeton Holdings Limited. 

Other shareholders include Mainboard-listed Heeton Holdings Limited and Dorsett Hospitality International (DHI), a subsidiary of Hong Kong’s Far East Consortium International. 

DHI will oversee the operation and rebranding of the hotel as "Dorsett Changi City Singapore."
