Boustead Singapore’s real estate unit obtained a $156 million five-year green loan to redevelop the logistics warehouse located at 36 Tuas Road.
The company secured the loan from UOB under its Sustainable Finance Framework for Green Building Developers & Owners.
Boustead Singapore expects to complete the redevelopment of 36 Tuas Road by early 2025.
36 Tuas Road is the first logistics facility in Singapore to attain the Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Building Award the evolved BCA Green Mark 2021.
