Centurion's David Loh increases stake to 5.49%

He spent over $286,000 for the additional shares.

Centurion Corporation chairman and executive director Loh Kim Kang David bought more shares in the company, bringing his total stake to 5.49%.

In a bourse filing, the company said Loh bought 215,400 ordinary shares at $0.53 apiece on 3 June.

The acquisition raised his direct interest in the company to more than 45.85 million shares or a 5.45% stake.

On 4 June, Loh bought an additional 323,200 shares at $0.53244 per share.

The transaction raised his direct interest to over 46.17 million shares.

Loh registered his shares under UOB Kay Hian Private Limited (24 million +), Raffles Nominees (Pte.) Limited (3 million +), and CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd (19.9 million +).

Only 200,000 shares are under his name.
