Chart of the Day: 170 uncompleted strata-titled industrial units up for sale in Q4 2019
Nearly half of the units are between 200-299 sqm in size.
This chart from JTC Corporation shows that around 170 industrial units in uncompleted strata-titled developments are still available for sale by the end of Q4 2019. These units occupy about 120,000 sqm.
Of these, nearly half, or 82 units, are between 200-299 sqm in size, whilst 70 units are over 300 sqm. Only 22 units are sized less than 200 sqm.
At the same time, the volume of industrial properties transacted based on the number of caveats lodged was estimated to have fallen 12% QoQ and 6% YoY.
