Chart of the Day: Check out this narrowing price gaps of strata-titled factory units

What could this imply?

According to Knight Frank, whilst tenure remains a factor influencing demand for strata-titled factory units, it has been observed that industrialists and end-users generally place higher emphasis and are willing to invest for factors such as location and building specifications.

Knight Frank said that as such, the price gaps between the various tenures, such as between the 30-year and 60-year leasehold strata-titled factory units in both the primary and secondary markets have been narrowing.

"New strata-titled factory units of 30-year, 60-year and 99-year tenure saw marginal q-o-q changes of between -0.9 per cent and 4.0 per cent," Knight Frank said.
