Chart of the Day: Here are the rates of flexi-space dedicated desks in CBD

Raffles Place rates are the priciest at $800.

This chart from Colliers international shows that dedicated desks in flexible workspaces around the Central Business District (CBD) typically ranges from $700 to $900 per month.

Considering the rate, the effective implied average lease rate will be about $7 to $9psf pm, assuming 100 sq ft of office space per desk.

Dedicated desks in Raffles Place are the priciest with average rates of $800. Beach Road desks ($775) and Orchard Road $760) average rates comes next whilst CBD, City Hall and Shenton Way rates saw averages desk rates of $750.

“It is important to note that a flexible workspace membership is an "all-in" figure. Users do not have to worry about capital expenditures (e.g. fit-out costs, furnishings, IT installations) typically associated with traditional office leases,” Colliers International said.
