In a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the industrial site at Woodlands Industrial Park E9 for sale by public tender today.

This is one of the 13 industrial sites announced for sale under the Confirmed List of the 1st half 2013 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

Land Parcel at Woodlands Industrial Park E9

The land parcel at Woodlands Industrial Park E9 has a site area of about 1.68 ha and is to be developed for Business 2 uses. Under Business 2 zoning, the site can be developed for various uses such as light industry, general industry, utilities or telecommunication uses, as permitted under the Planning Act.

The tender for the site at Woodlands Industrial Park E9 will close at 12 noon on 23 July 2013. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.
