One firm didn't sell any unit.

According to Nomura, CapitaLand (CAPL SP) sold a total of 40 units, including 15 units at d’Leedon and 16 units at the Interlace. Sky Habitat continues to move inventory slowly, with a further 5 units sold during the month. The project is now 32.6% sold. 

City Developments (CIT SP) sold a total of 376 units, of which 272 units were from its latest project Jewels@Buangkok (c. 45.8% sold). It also sold a further 13 units at D’Nest, 14 units at Echelon and 61 units at Bartley Ridge.

Keppel Land (KPLD SP) sold 20 units in Jun, which consisted of 18 units sold at Corals at Keppel Bay and 2 units sold at Marina Bay Suites. 

UOL (UOL SP) sold 3 units at Spottiswoode Residences which has now achieved 99.4% sold out status. Its other projects are sold out. 

Wing Tai (WINGT SP) did not sell any units during the month.
