Chip Eng Seng’s closing date prolonged

The bourse filing showed that the closing date of the offer is on 2 February.

The closing date for Chip Eng Seng has been extended from 19 January 2023 to 2 February 2023.

In a bourse filing, the offeror, Tang Dynasty Treasure Pte. Ltd., and its concert parties own, control, or have agreed to acquire 685,246,903 shares, representing approximately 87.26% of the total number of shares.
