
Cromwell EREIT buys three assets in France for $122.7m
Its portfolio now comprises about 100 properties across Europe.
Cromwell EREIT Management (CEREIT), through its wholly-owned subsidiaries Logistics France 1 SAS and Parc d’Activités 1 Luxembourg S.a.r.l, has completed its French acquisitions for $122.7m (€80.3m).
It includes the direct acquisition of the Lénine Asset and the acquisition of all the shares of Sci Confluence Paryseine and Sci Cap Mermoz, which hold the Paryseine Asset and the Cap Mermoz Asset, respectively.
The firm also mentioned that these were partly funded by the $229.2m (€150m) gross proceeds it raised through private placement of 326,086,000 new units in CEREIT. Its portfolio now comprises 100 properties in Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland.
