Resale property prices in Sentosa Cove fell to a record low $1,367 psf, since luxury residential properties were first launched in the area in November 2004.
The property cooling measures rolled out by the government in July 2018 has significantly affected property prices at Sentosa Cove, with a condominium unit at the island recently sold at a 50% loss.
When private property prices in Singapore rebounded following a four-year slump and rose 9.1% from 2017 and 2018, non-landed properties in Sentosa only posted a slight uptick of 0.8% in 2017 and 1.6% in 2018.Read more here.
