Bad news for Singapore as it fell 10 places for city investment prospects, dropping to 21 from 11th spot a year ago. Three housing projects by the Housing and Development Board have been awarded certificate of excellence in landscaping and greenery. These projects comprise Oasis Terraces in Punggol, SkyResidence @ Dawson and SkyOasis @ Dawson. The awards, handed out by the National Parks Board under its Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework (LEAF), recognise projects that bring nature to residents’ doorstep and have greening initiatives aimed at boosting biodiversity and environmental conservation.
