ESR-REIT distributable income up 15.1% to $28.6m for 3Q 2021
Core DPU also grew by 1.7% y-o-y.
A press release by ESR-REIT showed that the distributable income increased 15.1% y-o-y to $28.6m.
This performance was due to an 8.6% higher net property income, at $43.9m compared to last year's $40.4m, and contribution from the company's 10% interest in ESR Australia Logistics Partnership.
Distributable income was also up 15.1% y-o-y to $28.6m.
Core DPU, meanwhile, increased by 1.7% y-o-y to 0.712 cents. Q-o-q, wise, however, this was a 5.6% decrease due to an enlarged unit base.
NAV per unit stayed flat at 39.8 cents.
A 91.2% occupancy rate was also observed in the company's portfolio. On top of this, a weighted average lease expiry of 2.9 years is also in place.
