Food factory site at Senoko Crescent on sale for $14m
The property has two floors of cold-room and production facilities.
A food factory at 28/30 Senoko Crescent, which is near the Malaysia-Singapore causeway, is up for sale with an indicative price of $14m, Colliers, the marketing agent, said.
The two-floor site has a land area of 31,678 square feet and a gross floor area of 47,803 square feet.
Since it is located within the JTC Senoko Food Zone, it is near food suppliers and manufacturers such as Indoguna Singapore, Aston Food & Beverage, and NTUC FairPrice.

It has connectivity through the Seletar (SLE) and Bukit Timah (BKE) Expressway, which will allow “effortless business operations and logistics management.”
Under the URA’s Masterplan 2019, the land parcel is zoned “Business 2” with a plot ratio of 2.5.
The current plot ratio is under-used which allows to maximise the gross floor area to about 80,000 square feet. This is almost twice the size of the existing area.
“The site has a JTC leasehold tenure of 30 + 30 years from June 1991, with approximately 28 years remaining,” read the statement.
The property is approved for food manufacturing/processing/packaging and is equipped with cold rooms, halal & non-halal preparation areas, ample loading bays, a 2-ton cargo lift and an ancillary office.
Raphael Lee, Director of Industrial Services at Colliers, said the property is suitable to meet the expansion needs of the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
