It's part of an A$2 billion mega development.

Frasers Property Australia and its joint venture partner Sekisui House Australia have been granted approval by the New South Wales Department of Planning & Environment to proceed with the development of DUO, its A$520m mixed-use project in Australia.

DUO is a two-tower, mixed-use project composed of 313 residential apartments, 48 luxury flats as well as a 300-room hotel, ground floor retail, 5,500 square metres of commercial space, a large childcare centre to accommodate up to 90 children and the refurbished Australian Hotel.

DUO is the next significant stage of development at Central Park, a A$2 billion urban village in Southern Sydney.
