Frasers' Parc Greenwich hits record high with 65% units sold during launch
322 of 496 units were sold during the first weekend.
Frasers Property announced that Parc Greenwich is its best-selling executive condominium (EC) so far this year.
65%, or 322 of 496 units, were sold during the weekend launch from 11 to 12 September.
The development project, located next to the Seletar Hills, is composed of nine residential towers of 14 storeys. units as two-bedroom, five-bedroom apartments and penthouses with varying sizes are available.
Prices range from $895,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $1.7m for a five-bedroom unit. These were sold at an average price of $1,200 per square foot.
Out of the 322 units sold, 174 were taken by first-time homebuyers. Second-time buyers, meanwhile, took up 148 units, which makes up the quota for units that be allotted to them under the EC regulations.
All two-bedroom and five-bedroom units were sold, with a positive response for the three and four-bedroom units. 220 of the 370 three-bedroom and 74 of the 98 four-bedroom units were taken up.
"The development’s proximity to next-generation, vibrant commercial, digital, and industrial hubs in Singapore’s northeast region is highly valued by homebuyers," Lorraine Shiow, acting CEO of Residential (Singapore), Frasers Property Singapore said.
Parc Greenwich is District 28’s first EC launch since 2013.
