Frasers Property Singapore new chief is FPHT's Soon Su Lin
Soon will hold the position effective 1 April.
Soon Su Lin, currently the CEO, Development, Frasers Property Holdings Thailand (FPHT), will be serving as Frasers Property Singapore’s CEO.
Starting 1 April 2022, Soon will report directly to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group CEO, Fraser’s Property. Her responsibilities include the Singapore operations which make up Frasers Property Retail, as well as commercial and residential businesses.

Aside from serving as CEO of FPHT, she also leads the development of One Bangkok, a mixed-use lifestyle district and also considered the largest private sector property development under construction in Thailand. Part of her achievements also include leading the development and asset management of The PARQ, the first LEED and WELL Gold certified mixed-use development in Thailand, which was completed in 2020.
Soon also has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with tenures as CEO for Orchard Turn Developments and as executive director of CBRE.
