A freehold two-storey commercial shophouse at 263 Holland Avenue is offered for sale through public tender with a guide price of $15.5m and will close on 3 November at 2 pm.

In a statement, CBRE said the property has a total floor area of around 2,785 square feet (sq. ft.) and a land area of around 1,503 sq. ft. The guide price is equal to around $5,565 per sq. ft. on the gross floor area.

Locals and foreigners alike can purchase the property without additional buyers’ stamp duty or seller's stamp duty imposed on the commercial property transaction, it said.

It added that the property, which has a freehold land tenure, is currently leased to a bank for over 10 years which will provide table rent income to the buyer.
