An 11-storey freehold Grade A office building in the Orchard Road precinct is for sale through an expression of interest with indicative pricing in excess of $470m.
In a statement, CBRE said VisionCrest Commercial includes an office and ancillary retail space with around 148,854 square feet (sq. ft.) net lettable area and 114 lots of carparking facilities.
The property, with a strata area of 154,711 sq. ft., also includes column-free floorplates of around 14,500 sq. ft., a full glass facade, and a sheltered drop-off point.

VisionCrest Commercial is also part of a mixed-used development VisionCrest which included the 256-unit VisionCrest Residence and the national monument House of Tan Yeok Nee.
