Here are Singapore’s five biggest IPOs in 2014
Guess which took the top spot.
Though it has been a lacklustre year for mainboard IPO listings, five IPOs still stood out this year. According to American Appraisal, the distinction of being the SGX’s biggest IPO this year goes to Accordia Golf Trust, which raised $802m when it launched its IPO in July.
Data from American Appraisal initially listed PACC Offshore Holdings as the second biggest IPO, but the offshore firm's record was beaten when buzzer beater Keppel DC REIT's December listing raised $512.9m.
The REIT’s stellar IPO pushed PACC Offshore Holdings to third place, after it raised $404m in its April listing.
IREIT Global, Singapore’s first European REIT, came in at fourth place after it raised $369m in its August IPO. Frasers Hospitality Trust was the bourse’s fifth-largest IPO after it raised $385.6m in July.
