The expression of interest ends on 28 March at 3 pm.
A Grade A strata office floor within the high zone of Prudential Tower is up for sale via expression of interest for $36m.
In a statement, CBRE said the 30-storey office building is within the Central Business District – Raffles Place, located along a corner land plot along Cecil Street and Church Street.
The area for sale covers 11,819 square feet which is currently leased to a multi-national real estate consultancy firm.

Whilst the following is currently leased, the buyer may improve rents by subdividing the floor into smaller units upon the expiry of the lease of the existing tenants. A notable small unit at the Tower and PLUS over the last few years cost between $3,250 to $3,450 per square foot.
The space is also classified as commercial property, allowing companies and foreigners to buy the space with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty upon purchase.
