CLINT's NPI rose 22% YoY.
CapitaLand India Trust’s (CLINT) net property income (NPI) rose 22% YoY to ₹6.41b in H1 2024.
In SGD terms, the trust’s NPI rose 21% YoY to $103.5m.
CLINT attributed the increase to the income contribution from Block A in International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), International Tech Park Pune – Hinjawadi (ITPP-H), Industrial Facilities 2 and 3, Mahindra World City, Chennai, aVance II Hinjawadi, Pune.
Higher rental income of existing properties also helped boost CLINT’s NPI.
With higher NPI, CLINT declared an 8% YoY higher distribution per unit (DPU) of $0.0364.
