JTC puts two sites up for grabs

The two sites are in Tampines Industrial Drive and Tuas South Link.

JTC has launched one Confirmed List site at Tampines Industrial Drive, and one Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 under the second half 2016 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

This will be the fifth out of the seven Confirmed List sites and the second out of the three Reserve List sites, for the second half of 2016.

The 0.53 ha site at Tampines Industrial Drive is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

"Industrialists are invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on 24 January 2017 at 11:00am," JTC said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the 0.47 ha Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
