Its net property income stood at $48.1m.
Keppel DC REIT reported a net property income of $48.1m from its initial listing in December to 30 June 2015. This result outperformed IPO forecasts by 2.6%.
The group also reported that its distributable income stood at $31.4m, 1.6% above the forecast.
Keppel DC REIT said that the higher NPI and distributable income were mainly attributed to higher variable rental income from the Singapore properties, as well as other income derived from recovery of power costs and ad hoc service fees as compared to the IPO forecast.
