Keppel DC REIT distributable income up 6.3% YoY in Q3
The group also maintained a strong portfolio occupancy rate of 98.1%.
Keppel DC REIT recorded a 6.3% increase for their third quarter (Q3) 2021 distributable income. Its distribution per unit (DPU) also rose 4.5% to 2.46 cents.
Strong portfolio occupancy of 98.1% was observed, with WALE standing at seven years.
Net property income also saw a 2.3% year-on-year increase to $69.34m, up from $67.67m.
Value is also created with the company’s current investments. These include the addition of the Eindhoven Campus in the Netherlands and Guangdong Data Center in China.
Updates to the portfolio also include the completion of the divestment of iseek Data Center in Brisbane.
