Keppel-KBS US REIT renamed to Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT
It also plans to enter an outsourcing management agreement with a US asset manager.
Keppel-KBS US REIT has been renamed to Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE), according to an announcement.
The name change will also apply to its manager, Keppel-KBS US REIT Management. The REIT’s Bloomberg ticker symbol will still remain as KORE:SP.
In addition, KORE has expressed plans to enter the Pacific Oak Management Agreement, the outsourcing management deal with US asset manager Pacific Oak Capital Advisors LLC.
Under the said agreement, the latter is expected to employ the Core Plus Team currently providing asset management services under KBS Management Agreement.
