Analyst’s forecast: This project will be popular amongst the expatriate community. Four units have already been sold, including 2 penthouses at the soft launch. It is beside Verdure which was launched last year and all 75 units were snapped up quickly then.

Type: This Italian-designed boutique development comprises of 20 apartment units of one to three bedrooms and 4 penthouses with a private jacuzzi.
Analyst’s forecast: This boutique development is likely to attract single executives and young couples who are keen to live in the east. Prices estimated at an average of S$1200 psf.
