Mapletree, Keppel Land to launch luxury waterfront project

It will comprise of over 400 exclusive units spread across 10 residential blocks.

Mapletree Investments and Keppel Land are jointly developing a new luxury waterfront project, The Reef at King’s Dock, which will open for preview from 16 January.

The Reef at King’s Dock is strategically located in the HarbourFront and Keppel Bay precincts and within the Greater Southern Waterfront, which the government plans to transform into a new major gateway for urban living along Singapore’s southern coast.

It will comprise of over 400 exclusive units spread across 10 residential blocks, with prices ranging from $960,000 to $2.8m.

“The Reef at King’s Dock was thoughtfully and innovatively designed to harmoniously combine the natural and urban environments, with the aim of creating a resort-style development that residents would look forward to coming home to every day,” Keppel Land Singapore and regional investments president Ng Ooi Hooi said.

As part of the efforts to contribute to the Greater Southern Waterfront, Mapletree and Keppel will also be developing a public park in front of The Reef at King’s Dock, which can be enjoyed by the public.
