A pair of two-storey shophouses with an attic located at 48 Peck Seah Street has been launched for sale for $22.9m.
The property’s marketing agent, Savills, said the guide price translates to $3,500 psf on floor area.
The pair of shophouses has a land area of 2,813 square feet (sq ft) and a total floor area of 6,562 sq ft.
The property also has a “Restaurant” approval. Fat Prince, a Middle Eastern restaurant, occupies the property's ground floor.
“No Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) is applicable on the purchase of the property. Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the property,” Savills said.
Savills will conduct the property’s sale via an Expression of Interest exercise, which closes on 8 February, Thursday at 3 pm.
